Annual Service
This is by far our best service available. Perfect for the working family or the busy elderly. This service is safe, effective, and odorless. We really get the bugs where they live and breed, in wall voids, under counters, appliances, around pipes and attic area. This service takes about 2 to 3 hours to perform and is guaranteed for one year from date of service. If the customer has any pest problems throughout the guarantee period, we will return to take care of the problem for no additional charge. Also no need for annoying appointments throughout the year. This service is for roaches, ants, silverfish, spiders, earwigs, millipedes, carpenter ants,and Pharaoh ants.
Treatment Details
Treatment includes, but is not limited to:
- Treat baseboard with a quick kill chemical to kill off any immediate problems in the dwelling.
- Treat wall voids, such as electrical outlets, around drain pipes, and water lines.
- Treat around appliances such as dish washer, stove and oven, trash compactors, washer and driver, water heater, etc.
- Crack and crevice treat areas as deemed needed.
- Treat attic area with dust for control of insects in the attic
- Treat exterior of dwelling around windows, eaves, vents, and doors to prevent insects entering the house.
